MUST meet below requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent
• Level 3 or above in English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent 
• Grade C or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007
• At least two years in media/communications/broadcasting sector or customer service/complaint handling/compliance/regulatory work

 Responsibilities:

• Assisting in evaluating licence applications;

• Enforcing licence conditions and handling complaints against licensees, under the framework of the Ordinance

• Performing business or economic analysis as necessary
• Assisting in monitoring the performance of the licensees and ensuring their compliance with the relevant licensing requirements
