Our Client is Hong Kong Real Estate Developer currently developing a mega mixed used project in China they're inviting MEP candidate to join the Project Development team.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement project work plans, revise plans & details based on MEP project requirements.
• Actively be involved in the design, selection, and submittal process of MEP components.
• Communicate clearly the sequential processes for key MEP items during the construction phase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with MEP coordination, installation, and certification.
• Coordinate with external system providers.
• Understand and implement the procedures with start-up, testing & balancing, and commissioning.
• Ensure all certificates, approvals and required signatory requirements are met for each component.
• Actively be involved in the closeout and final handover of all documentation for the systems.
• Implement company methodologies and project principles.
• Oversee all quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare project reviews and document project details.
• Implement safety procedures and manage budget planning to reduce risks and revenue losses.

 Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 or above years relevant experience in the MEP construction sector.
• MEP experience on large real estate development projects.
• Track record in the successful completion of complex projects.
• Strong MEP background.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of MEP design and documentation.
• Must have excellent, communication, administrative, and multi-tasking skills.
• Hands on attitude / team player.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
