• Holder of diploma in Architectural Design / Interior Design or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years' experience in architectural design or interior design CAD drafting gained in local architectural / interior design firms (candidate with less experience will be considered for appointment as Junior Draftsman).
• Knowledge and experience in F&B industry / Education / Hotel is an advantage.
• Competent in coordinating CAD drawings for the all architectural, MEP drawing or interior fitting-out projects.
• Well-versed in local building regulations, competent in preparation of general building plans and construction drawings.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition.
• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection.
• Able to handle full set of construction drawings, materials sourcing, site measurement,coordinate design work with clients, contractors & suppliers.
• Provide assistance in project management services in site survey, site supervision, site meetings, delivery coordination, budget estimation and schedule preparation.
• Good detailed & elevation drawing and presentation skills is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad & Photoshop.
• Good communication, organization and problem solving skills.
