Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to the members of Project Team
- Participate in project work which covers construction, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, fire services, electrical services etc.
- Coordinate project activities with different parties
- Prepare site paper work, monitor and document projects’ progress
Requirements:
- High Certificate or High Diploma in Building, Construction, Building Services disciplines or equivalent
- Have good knowledge of technical skills in filling out and to monitor site quality of work progress and workmanship on site and doing site measuring work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project software
- At least 3 years or above relevant experience in Building Construction/Maintenance Projects
- Able to work outside office hours if necessary
