Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal and external parties regarding project issues
• Co-ordination with clients, supplier, sub-contractor and technical staff
• Assist in the production of design solutions that meet project requirements
• Assist in planning of site activities and supervision on quality, safety and environmental issues
• Assist in the preparation of specification assessment and document
• Work independently with clients and subcontractors and for all drawing submissions and co-ordination works
• Assist project management team in preparing works plan and construction works schedule for site works co-ordination progress and monitoring
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Civil /Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Well organized, self-initiated and possess good communication skills
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, AutoCAD etc)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
