Our clients, leading sizable contractors are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and develop business opportunities and manage projects profitability
• Manage the commercial team including sales and marketing, distribution and project development functions
• Prepare tenders and quotations, process specification, test and progress reports etc.
• Formulate and implement sales plans; plan and control annual budget and sales performance
• Negotiate sales agreements and prepare appropriate contractual and commercial agreements with customers and vendors in line with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with vendors and other departments to provide necessary commercial advice and supports
• Assist in daily business operations and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building studies or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in construction materials or related industry (preferably with 3 years’ supervisory experience)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Mature with good business acumen and relevant industry knowledge
• Driving license is an advantage
