• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3 years relevant work experience in site coordination
• Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and MS Office
• Self-motivate, hard-working and independently
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Assistant
