Our clients, some leading Main Contractor, Consultancy and Contractor, are currently looking for high caliber candidate to join their professional team:

Responsibilities

• Development and detailing of BD and shop drawings, fabrication drawings and take off sheets for curtain walling, structural steel and metal cladding systems;
• Prepare drawings for tender presentation & method statements;
• Coordinate with architectural or engineering consultants or clients;
• Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems;
• Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager;
• Liaise and work with procurement and project management team;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil engineering, Architectural Studies or related disciplines;
• 8 years relevant experience in detailing construction drawings of either curtain walling, structural steel or cladding;
• Highly proficient in CAD drafting skills;
• Experience of 3D software is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Design Manager and less experienced will be considered as Draftsman.
