Job Profile
Work under the Building team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional consultancy and technical service as required in the fields of ESD in order to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Working in the Sustainable Design team, responsible for assisting project delivery in sustainability engineering such as green building assessment and certification (BEAM Plus, LEED, etc.), sustainability study, energy analysis, etc.
- Conduct modeling and simulation such as energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort analysis, etc.;
- Prepare and review technical reports and other project materials;
- Coordination with internal and external parties;
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Person Specification / Qualification
- At least 2 year’s practical experience of working with green building assessment (e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, etc.) and sustainable design;
- Degree in Engineering or sustainability-related subject
- Knowledge of Building Services Systems preferred
- Practical experience in the use of sustainable design modeling software (e.g. thermal energy simulation software, computational fluid dynamics modelling, solar modelling, lighting simulation etc.) preferred;
- Accredited BEAM Professional / Affiliate, LEED AP / GA is a plus
