Report to the Finance Manager and the Management

Job Description:

• Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries, cheques preparation;
  
• To assist month end closing, including maintain accounts schedule and reconcile current accounts with related companies;
  
• To handle accounts payable functions;
  
• Candidates with ADMIN experience are preferable;
  
• To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• LCC&I or Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
• 3 years SOLID working experience;
• Sound knowledge of MS office, Chinese Word Processing and accounting system;
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
  
• SMART, MATURE, Hard-working, Independent with strong sense of responsibility;
  
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
