Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing management support to achieve sales target.
• Responsible for  Specialty / OTC / Consumer Health product launch preparation, campaigns by the ethical and trade sales team.
• Planning and executing corporate branding activities.
• Provide product-training support to sales team and work with distributor(s) to support the promotion campaigns.
• To ensure timely sales report monitoring and that sales activities lead to achievement of sales objectives.
• Work together with General Manger and the Regional Marketing & Management Team in ensuring the achievement of sales and marketing objectives.
• Assist Sales & Marketing office in gathering of competitive information in the continuous development of product grid for filing.
• Develop new business opportunities, expand on the existing percentage of market share, and grow the sales volume to meet the 5 years sales target plan.

Requirements

• 4-6 years’ or above experience in sales and/or similar marketing experience in multi-national company;
• Experienced in new product launch is an advantage
• University graduate, major in Science/Medical/Business Studies or relevant;
• Excellent communications, personnel management, and operational skills;
• Strategic thinker, able to position company and products for success;
• Ability to work well in a fast growing environment, exhibiting flexibility, self-sufficiency, and an ability to meet multiple and occasional competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with other department team members;
• Passion and self-driven, Excellent presentation skill;
• Strong leadership, team building, negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders;
• Proficiency in writing, reading, listening and speaking English and Mandarin.
