Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
  • Handle phone / fax / email enquiries from clients
  • Complaints handling • Prepare reports to Management
  • Order placing and provide after sale service of pharmaceutical products to clients

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience, related to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills/ telephone manner
