Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
- Handle phone / fax / email enquiries from clients
- Complaints handling • Prepare reports to Management
- Order placing and provide after sale service of pharmaceutical products to clients
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience, related to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
- Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills/ telephone manner
