Position Accountabilities:

• Process medical claims (out-patient claims)
• Prepare billing reports for clients
• Handle hotline services
• Participate on ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Cheerful & willing to work as a team
• Minimum of 1 years' relevant working experience
• Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Shift duties is required
