Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for billings, processing customer receipts and the related update in the accounting system
- Support daily accounting function on account receivables
- Assist in preparation of accurate schedules/reports to meet monthly management reporting and auditing requirement
- Handle ad-hoc projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Accounting or equivalent with relevant professional accounting qualification
- With a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, auditing or financial planning analysis
- Proficient in computerized accounting system (preferably JD Edwards) and major PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature, independent, with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Detail oriented and able to work independently with strong sense of ownership
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
