Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of account
  • Assist in auditing
  • Preparation of cheque payment, customers' quotations, invoices and verification of supporting documents
  • Handle customers’ billing enquiries
  • Assist to follow up overdue payments
  • Support administration works
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned 


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting field
  • Work experience in interior design industry preferred
  • Proficient in the use of PC skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of peachtree software is definitely an advantage
  • Self-motivated, well organized and willing to learn
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
