Responsibilities:

lLiaise with vendors and internal departments for supporting IT Department daily work

lResponsible for handling IT Department clerical work

lMaintain IT warehouse inventory control

lPerform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

lDSE graduate or above.  Knowledge in Computer Science will be an asset.

lMinimum of 1 years clerical and administration work experience, preferably gained in IT field

lGood interpersonal skills and capability to work with all levels of people

lGood team player, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized

lGood command of English is an advantage

lProficiency in computer literacy (includes Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
