• Drafting, preparing and typing invoices from sales and services department and accounts departments.
• Filing of job cases
• Telephone answering
• Following up job case from Sales and Services department.
• Handle urgent or non regular cases if happened
• Following instruction from Manager of Sales, Service coordination and Accounts departments.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive
• Proficient in MS Office & A/Cs software SAP applications are preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
