WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Report to the Finance Manager
• Managing daily accounting activities, which includes: supplier invoice posting, journal entries, intercompany recharge etc.
• Perform monthend closing activities
• Prepare management accounts and financial accounts
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors
• Assist in yearly budgeting and simple cashflow projection
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounting related role
• Fresh graduate major in accounting is also welcome
• Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, internal control and tax rules
• Knowledge of SAP Financial Management systems
• Strong business acumen, independent, reliable and proactive
• Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and financial modeling
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
