Responsibilities

• Active participation in the Sales and Operational execution process, including implementing, at store level, the sales and marketing plan
• Maximize sales and minimize controllable cost across the store network
• Assist to recruit, select, orient and train store staff
• Assist to coach, counsel, monitor and discipline employees
• Assist the Retail Manager to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by co-operating with sales and marketing team
• Work with our internal field force or external store staff to ensure enough inventories
• Assist to study advertising, sales promotion, display plan for markets merchandise, analyzing operating and financial statements
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry, supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is a must
• Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
• Aggressive, result-oriented, good interpersonal and people management skill
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
