Our client is a Chinese multi-national pharmaceutical conglomerate, headquartered and listed in Hong Kong.  They are currently seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager.

The Job

• Assist in organizing various investor relations activities such as annual general meeting, roadshows, and press conference of results
• Assist in preparing investor presentation, annual report, interim report and other listing documents
• Develop and update investor presentations in align with company development and business for investors and analysts
• Assist in responding investor enquiries, and company website maintenance
• Conduct research and analyze financial market information
• Participate in investor relations ad hoc projects as assigned

The Person

• 8 years IR related experience gained in sizable organization, with more than 3 years investor relations experience in listed companies is a must
• Bachelor degree or above
• Self-motivated, committed, able to work independently and on tight deadline
• Team player with good communications in both written and spoken English & Chinese and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good business sense, analytical skills and detail-minded
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Investor Relations Manager.
