• Form 6 or DSE Graduate
• Certificate in veterinary nursing/ relevant studies is an advantage
• Experience is preferred but not a must
• Able to work under pressure and on day and / or night shifts
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Genuine love and care for animals is essential
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent and good interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Assists Veterinarian during consultation and surgery
• Administer medication as directed by the veterinarian
• Take care of hospital patients and provide care and treatments
• Handle in-house lab tests, and take X-rays
• Communicate with clients about the status of patients, as directed by the veterinarian
• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, reception areas, and treatment areas
• 5 days a week including weekends, public holidays and Sundays
• Compensatory day off for working on public holidays
• Continue education sponsorship, bonus pay, overtime pay, medical insurance
