KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the daily operation of the medical centre and ensure smooth running
• Coordinate the business function of various clinical departments
• Review and implement standard operating procedures and policies
• Supervise junior staff, such as healthcare assistant and junior nurses
• Handle ad hoc assignments from Operation Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Nursing
• Registered with Hong Kong Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate
• At least 5 years of solid experience in sizable medical centre or private hospitals
• 1 to 2 years in supervisory level
• Experiences gained in Endoscopy Centre, Operating Theatre, Checkup-centres and Imaging Center is preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
