The Sales Manager represents Clearbridge Medical to promote its product(s) and service(s) to Medical Practitioners and Allied Health Care Professionals in an assigned territory to achieve market growth and financial growth.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to healthcare professionals in an assigned territory to achieve sales revenue
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with medical professionals and Key Opinion Leaders
• Review and analyse market and sales data
• Establish and implement sales strategy
• Organise and participate company events and public talks
• Provide feedback to Marketing team about the current market trends
• Work closely with the Marketing to establish sales and marketing tactics to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and to penetrate underserved clinical markets

Requirement:

• A degree qualification in molecular biology, biotechnology, genetics or related life science disciplines or any related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in sales and promotion in the medical/healthcare sector
• Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, self-disciplined and result oriented.
• Willing to take up challenges and tackle difficulties.
• Good command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Need a strong dedication and desire to thrive to success
