At least 5 years’ experience of solid sourcing & merchandising experience with sound knowledge in the gift and premiums/ FMCG Industry is a must
Liaison and identify capable factories from product sourcing to price negotiation
Strong negotiation, planning & organization skills and able to follow up details closely;
Working independently in full Sourcing & Merchandising duties from product development, mass production until shipment completed.
Ability to co-ordinate with internal departments from different offices to achieve company goals & objectives.
Factory audit standard : ICTI, SEDEX, Lego, Universal Studio knowledge is preferable.
Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure;
Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin;
Degree Holder preferred;
China Trip needed.
