Jobs Responsibilities:

• Manage product development cycle, including quote sheets, samples and order follow up, payment terms, supplier set up and on-time shipments, etc.;
• Monitor supplier performance and build long term working relationships;
• Develop new suppliers / factories;
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers' cost and quality requirements;
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements;
• Organize and accompany buying / sourcing trips with customers;
• Familiar with EU market is advantageous;
• Maintain and update order-processing system;
• Perform other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements :   

• Diploma or above;
• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising department;
• Independent and confident in communication with customers and vendors;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
• Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent working style;
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills.
