Responsibilities:

• Support manager to meet established sales, pSupport manager to meet established salesrofit and owned brand penetration goals
• Work with TRU buying office and vendors to develop a strategic relationship to identify product and packaging innovation and meet corporate requirements
• Understand the entire new product innovation cycle and how it affects consumer response to product performance
• Ensure brand consistency and assist in execution of brand management plans and closely track product development management, communicating key milestones and deadlines
• Partner with regional buying team to implement the category strategy for private brands
• Steer end-to-end private brand commercialization process ownership and management (direct and influenced). Follows processes that ensure owned brand participation is seamlessly integrated and aligned with relevant internal teams - merchant, sourcing, technical product development, etc.
• Proactively assist and drive measurable efficiencies of team communications, tasks and overall workflow to support continuous growth.
• Proactively assist set priorities, objectives, and follow up action plans
• Consolidate and summarize the sales data and promotion planning for private brands into a joined report
• Collect Market Intelligence data on suppliers, competition, commodity trends and best practices
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and merchandising
• Experience in retail is an advantage
• Passionate in products and knowledgeable in latest market trends
• Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, flexible, creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player and able to work under pressure with Can-do attitude
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook, PowerPoint)
