Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining record of all requisitions received from ships and enquiries to various vendor and compares cost;

Arranges for supply by most cost effective manner to the ship liaises with vendors for speedy delivery;

Arranges payments after ships confirm receipt of material /services and maintaining committed cost;

Maintaining a list of all available drawings and manuals of the designated ships;

Compiling list of all technical reports/forms as required by the respective owners;

Filing of all technical reports and papers and maintaining the technical filing system;

Reporting to the Technical Superintendent, at times may require to monitor E-mails during after office hours    

Requirements:

Form 5 or above with ship management or logistics industry experience will be advantage, fresh candidate can also considered;

Good command of written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin will be advantage;

Proficiency in MS Office;

Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and wiling to learn;

Immediate availability is preferred
