Job Description
US multinational company supplying packaging and trims with business focus in the supplying printed label, woven label, hangtag and heat transfer label etc with 200 staff in Hong Kong office – main clients are US and European global apparel brands – we are looking for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
- HKCE/DSE or above
- 2 to 5 years experiences in printing & packaging industry or garment field
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges
- To work with the US headquarter, internal support teams, vendor and suppliers
- To take responsibility for sourcing, product development to production, quality control and shipment delivery to fulfill customer satisfaction.
- To manage Key Account customers and generate sales opportunities
- Monitoring responsible account status and provide professional customer service.
- To work with Support Team in order to deliver complete solution and service to customers.
- To contribute your idea and effort in developing the product marketing plan and strategy for the company's product range.
- To handle regular sales administration tasks.
- 5 days work
- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Senior Acocunt Executive – 2 posts
