Job Description:

• Handle order processing, quotation and sample arrangements independently.
• Coordinate with customers and factory to monitor delivery schedule.
• Prepare sales confirmation, purchases order and reports.
• Assist in showroom set up & sales support during toy fair.
• Data entry into various systems.
• Maintain filing & documentation systematically.
• Provide daily clerical support to Senior management.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience. Preferably in toys industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must.     
• Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred..
