Job Description

Mastrad Hong Kong, Subsidiary of Mastrad Paris, is seeking for a dynamic and motivate assistant for administration and supply chain.  Mastrad is permanently developing new projects and creative products. The applicant will join a dynamic team within an entrepreneurial environment. The position offer missions in various domains, wherein the new comer will perfect her/his skill and undertake new processes. The position may lead with more responsibilities in the future with a managerial position. 

  • Support logistic and supply chain managers located abroad: France and United states. 
  • Coordinate purchase orders received from Mastrad oversea offices and liaise with vendors to ensure good reception PO by suppliers.
  • Follow up on-going productions and communicate information frequently to related persons/offices by providing production status.
  • Update daily the production table sheet on Excel shared file and Sage Gescom 100 Software.
  • Provide information, ensure production throughout, anticipate upcoming events and place alerts.
  • Able to answer vendors enquiries, with back up of the merchandising manager.
  • Track stock inventory in and out of Mastrad China warehouse, in relation with the warehouse manager and the Mastrad stakeholders.
  • Issue invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, for customers as well as suppliers. 
  • Manage daily office operations
  • Applicant might be requested to support Hong Kong office team in the following tasks, but not limit to: Merchandising, Logistic, and Purchasing.
  • Can be requested to travel to China for suppliers meeting or trade fairs.

Profile

  •  Dynamic, motivated, with team spirit,
  •  Able to work in autonomy, report to management, share information and take initiatives,
  •  Good communicant. Not afraid to talk in public or negotiate,
  •  Speak: Cantonese, Mandarin and English, (French is a plus),
  •  International background: an experience abroad, studies or professional, would be appreciated.
  •  Excellent skill of Pack Office: Word, Power Point and Excel
  •  Notion of Sage Gescom 100 or Zoho Inventory is a plus.
