Job responsibilities

• Liaise with overseas customers and follow up on their enquiries
• To arrange relevant documents on orders placed by clients and make sure all requirements are processed on time
• To manage and follow up the quotation and issue PO
• To ensure the factories are in compliance with client's compliance standard commercially and legally
• To follow up with factories to ensure the completion of production and inspection on time
• To handle problems or issues related to merchandise and delivery schedule, and well informed the progress to related parties (i.e. Client and supervisor)
• To collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure that all aspects are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process

We expect

• University graduate preferred
• At least 4-5 years of merchandising experience in toys field
• Solid experience in US and European Toys markets is preferable
• Familiar with US retailer quotation / shipment process (such as Walmart, Target, Amazon etc.)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
