Responsibilities:

• Communicate and co-ordinate closely with the suppliers for delivery schedule and arrangement
• Follow-up purchasing orders and delivery arrangement to overseas customer
• Handle request for new model starting up & cost control with customers
• Motivate and lead team members to execute daily operations efficiently
• Prepare production schedule comparison, production capacity control, delivery improvement control, internal training workflow and manual, survey forms etc
• Provide guidance for a small team.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant experiences in procurement, preferably in electronics industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be courteous, team player, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese
• Familiar in using MS Office application, especially for Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
