Job Description
Job Duties :
- Execute strategic and tactical sourcing projects
- Carry out procurement policy and use the strategic sourcing toolkit
- Evaluate markets and sources of supply across agreed product/service portfolio
- Develop and manage RFx and eAuction events to comply with purchasing plan
- Provide reporting and diagnostics on areas of sourcing, supply and spend
- Draft and negotiate agreements with suppliers ensuring that proper legal principles are applied
- Assess operational / financial risks of current and potential supply opportunities
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years related commercial experience, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
- Sensible business sense with good communication and analytical skills
- Energetic, well-organized, logical thinking, detail-minded
- Able to work independently and capable of working under pressure
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
