Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and forecasting seasonal purchase budgets
• Assist in forecasting pre-season and in-season sales and inventory
• Prepare sales budget plan and analyse sales report data
• Analyze sales performance and inventory level
• Work closely with buyers to monitor approved OTB, planned sales, planned gross profit, and planned markdowns
• Manage good balance of stock level among stores
• Manage mark down during sale period so as to maximise sales and maintain planned gross profit
• Co-ordinate with various departments to work on projects and daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 - 3 years merchandise planning experience, preferably in the fashion industry
• Excellent skill in Excel is essential. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, other database software or planning systems will be an advantage
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills are essential
• Should be well-organised and pro-active, with great attention to detail
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English is preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
