Job Responsibilities

•             Follow up closely on production schedule to ensure deliveries on time

•             Work closely with vendors to comply Ripley’s order specifications (Fabric 

               requirements, Color Lab dips, Prints, Accessories, Counter and PP samples, etc)

•             Support during buying meetings (organization, quotations, negotiation and recaps)

•             Co-ordinate with internal supporting teams to ensure the quality requirements

•             Keep the information updated in the Follow up system.

•             Willing to travel to China for special meetings or factory control

Job Requirements

•             Diploma or higher of relevant subjects in textiles and clothing;

•             2-4years of relevant experience in garment field, preferably in buying office

•             Proficient in PC application and knowledge in Chinese word processing

•             Good command of English and Mandarin

•             Well organized and able to work independently

•             Immediate available preferred
