Sourcing office in Lai Chi Kok is seeking for a high calibre Senior Merchandiser.

• Lead the product development process from sampling to bulk production by the critical path.
• Analyse and validate cost breakdown and negotiate cost as needed, excellent at costing of activewear and causalwear. The strong in Knit / Woven Fabric knowledge is compulsory.
• Coordinate seasonal onsites and travel to vendors when necessary for sample preparation and review
• Perform strategic merchandizing plan through various market research, analysis and forecasting to achieve company objective
• Able to plan and multitask, work on various projects and with multiple departments at the same time
• Perform quarterly vendor performance reviews and follow up on corresponding actions for continuous improvement
• Responsible, be able to work independently and professional skills. Establish good relationship with internal and external parties to ensure the process is on track and the quality is up to standard
• Retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessaries

Requirements:

• Polytechnic / IVE graduate in Merchandising, Garments, Textile or related discipline
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Passion – must have it, and bring it to work everyday.
