On behalf of our retail clients, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the positions of Merchandise Planner / Assistant Merchandise Planner.

Accountabilities

• Assist in open-to-buy budget planning and prepare sales performance analysis
  
• Work with various departments to monitor sales, inventory level, sell through and mark up to ensure  adherence to financial target
• Monitor store inventory and prepare replenishment for retail operations
• Propose action plans to maximize sales potential and sell through

Attributes

• Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing
• Minimum 3 years' apparel / footwear buying / planning experience 
• Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
• Well versed in MS Word and Excel, knowledgeable with SAP system is highly preferred
• Good Mandarin, English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Planner or Planning Assistant.
