Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing duties including enquiry, process PO, delivery planning, inventory control
• Responsible for product sourcing, development, costing, packaging, sampling, quality issues
• Able to communicate clearly with key vendor and communicate well with internal departments
• Handle and review production planning and forecasting
• Handle customer orders and goods logistics planning
• To prepare analysis reports 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in procurement or product or merchandiser or purchasing or supply chain related field.  
• At least 3 years of experience (experienced in textiles or FMCG products will have an advantage)
• Able to work independently, strong identify & solve problem skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成), MS Excel
• Preferably SAP is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure, willing to learn & go extra-mile type of strong team member work ethic, hard working
• Mainly stationed in HK office, and some traveling  
• Higher experienced candidate maybe considered as Executive / Assistant Officer
