Job Description:

• Assist in preparing purchase/ repair order and requesting quotes
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on the arrangement of the orders
• Follow up the orders with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request
• Data input
• Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Min. 3 years working experience preferably in procurement
• Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferred
