Our client is one famous and leading luxury fashion and accessories brand in the world. They are currently looking for Merchandising Manager to oversee womenswear for the Asia Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for buying session, study and define the product assortment according to the specificity of each Asia Pacific markets
• Prepare the seasonal OTB, attend seasonal buying in Italy as to achieve targeted sales projections and self-through
• Prepare sales forecast on re-ordering of merchandise
• Analyze sales performance through sell-through analysis & propose action plan
• Arrange retail pricing for all markets and propose discount during seasons
• Work closely with Regional Business Planning, VM, PR and marketing as well as store after each buy
• Conduct market research on customer behavior, market trend, competitors price and product offer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 8 years working experience in merchandising in luxury retail industry
• Detail-mined with good fashion and numerical sense
• Track buying exposure in luxury brand, especially for womenswear category for Asia Pacific region
• Excellent command in written and spoken English
