Job Descriptions:

• Lead the merchandiser team and collaborate with sales team to execute merchandising plan in drug store
  配合銷售團隊, 帶領理貨員於藥房理貨及執行貨品陳列計劃
  
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.有效將工作內容 及計劃與隊員溝通, 監察進度，並定期檢視理貨員工作表現
• Supervise merchandiser by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining merchandiser; 
  管理藥房線理貨員團隊工作：包括協助新隊員適應工作，培訓，分配工作，時間表管理，輔導，使隊員跟隨有紀律的工作行程
• Maintain the merchandising library up to date and provide analysis and report on merchandising progress regularly.
  定期更新店舖陳列資料檔，並提供工作進度分析和報告
• Build constructive relationships across team and channel partner to ensure smooth collaboration.與其他部門及客戶保持良好合作關係，使工作能有效率地完成

Job Requirements:

• Mature, systematic, well-organized and detailed oriented with good interpersonal skills 
  成熟，有系統，良好組織能力，謹慎和良好溝通技巧
• Previous working experience in FMCG merchandising and leading a team is preferred
  優先考慮有快流消費品行業的貨品陳列工作經驗者，有帶領團隊經驗更佳
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proven ability to work independently and under pressure
  獨立, 有責任感，勇於接受挑戰
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  良好中、英文口語和書寫
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  能夠有效地使用辦公室軟件(Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
