Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the co-ordinate between Purchasing Team and Warehouse
• Handle full set shipping document
• Familiar with China and Oversea import and export procedure is required 
• Update daily reports
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years working experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable, Self-motivated, committed, mature, detail oriented and a good team player
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Access
• No experience but with humble manner and aggressive to learn is also considerated
• Immediately available preferred
