Then PUMA is the right place to be! Become a member of our successful team based in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Labeling & Packaging.

Your mission:

• Be the key interface between the Sales Subsidiaries, Production teams, Global Labeling team, Vendors and the Label Providers, for execution of the Country and Customer Specific labeling and packaging requirements within the framework of the global strategy;
• Ensure that the Label providers deliver the labels on time to all vendors according to the agreed quality;
• Support on the Country Specific security label;
• Handle claims (Vendor, Sales Sub and service provider);
• Rationalize the Country Specific Labeling requirements in-line with the Global strategy with the objective of reducing the quantity;
• Provide structure and guidance for labeling requirement to country specific customers;
• Support in simplification of the Country and Customer Specific Labeling and Packaging requirements in line with the Global strategy;
• Support on design and implement standard and efficient procedures for all Sales Regions, Countries and Customers; Align internal process and create SOP when needed.

Your talent:

• University graduate in related discipline;
• 3-5 years of working experience in a related field; 
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word);
• Good Analysis skill and reporting skill;
• Good communication skills in both spoken & written in English;
