Responsibilities:

-Preparing purchase order, Invoice, generate reports on ERP system

- Communication with clients and factory for verify orders and status tracking

- Provide clerical & admins support to the team.

Requirements:

- F.5 standard or above;

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience;

- Familiar with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing;

- Able to work under pressure;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

- Immediately available preferred. 

- Salary: $ 11,000 - 13,000
