Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up orders with vendors, factories and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet company’s quality and budget
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
• Transform product specifications to technical advice for sample development
• Liaise with vendors & factories to carry out corrective action
• Handle merchandising related documents
• Arrange sample submission to internal parties for approval
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with US market in ladies' & men’s high fashion accessories & home product
• Degree or Diploma in Textile & Clothing Institute or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
