Responsibilities:

• Review daily inventory level; develop and implement purchasing plan
• Monitor daily purchasing to fulfill the market demand and supplier's shipment target
• Ensure the procurement records and product information are up-to-date
• Communicate with internal departments, e.g. Sales and Marketing, to review demand forecast
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations
• Provide precision forecasting with close consultation with the sales and service in-charge
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and project as assigned by manager

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management or related disciplin
• 2-3 years relevant experience in procurement / supply chain
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for result
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work on 6-day schedule with compensation
  
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Supply Chain Planner
• Immediate available is highly preferred
