Report to: Superior and Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with UK Head Office, Customer Service and Sales Team
• Prepare various reports with analysis
• Responsible for Lab test
• Check artwork and assessment to ensure that the products provided must reach quality standards of clients’ requirements
• Support filing and reporting work
• Prepare costing/ comparison and pricing with vendors
• Able to handle & troubleshoot production problems and work with production team to present alternatives to both buyers & management
• Liaise with internal departments for sampling, orders, lead-time, deliveries and follow up

Requirements:

• 2-4 years working experience in garment trims/ label/ hangtag field; or equivalent
• Experience in merchandising/product development in labeling business
• Product development, garment accessories or printing industry experience is an advantage
• Good team work and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both oral and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent literacy in MS office application
