• Responsible to coordinate product development process from design concept to pre-production stage
• Research and analyze trends for development of new season collections and provide market analysis periodically
• Work independently and able to meet tight schedule in a fast paced retail environment
• Create design drawings and presentations Create technical and detailed spec sheets for sampling
• Liaise with merchandising team on all development and production issues

• Degree or non-degree tertiary education, preferably in Product Design, Fashion Design or any Art related subject
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in fashion handbag  and accessories design , who are more experienced will be considered the post of senior designer
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
• Good sense for design, colour, material & fashion with strong understanding of trends
• Experience gained for hardware and small accessories preferable but not a must
• Familiar with design and graphics design software such as Mac, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. 
• Ability to create beautiful products within a confined budget 
• Proficiency in design and graphics design software such as Mac, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Good team player, strong interpersonal, responsible and attention to details 
• Good command in both Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is an advantage
