Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing to fulfill the market demand and supplier's shipment target
• Communicate with warehouse and order processing team for the daily purchasing volume
• Prepare new item forms, update price list and obtain item details from suppliers
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports data for management review
• Summarize monthly promotion information from Marketing team
• Cooperate with Sales & Marketing team on purchasing tasks
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business related discipline
• 1-2 years working experiences in purchasing
• Some experiences in FMCG business would be preferred
• Detailed mind & accuracy in data input
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese processing
• High proficiency in Excel would be definitely be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Able to work independently in fast moving environment
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, fast learner
• Willing to learn attitude
