Appointed by the most highly regarded global asset management with total AUM USD 550 billion and offering diverse traditional and alternative investment strategies for institutional, sovereign and UHN clients to search for Regional Procurement Senior Associate based in the HK AP hub with 200 employees.

SCOPE:

• Report to AP COO and Procurement VP, the successful job holder will be tasked with accountability to facilitate the setting up and implementation of procurement process/procedures
• Oversight the cycle from sourcing, managing RFP,  on-boarding, vendor negotiation, SLA review and on-going cost savings analysis/process optimization across AP region
• Active participation in regional projects to ensure fulfilment of regulatory & corporate governance
• Extensive liaison with over 6 countries in AP and Headquarters

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Well qualified degree holder, preferably in accounting or related disciplined. 5 years+/- solid regional Procurement experience earned from int’l financial institutions, Bank and Procurement Service Provider
• Self-motivated, driven and ability to operate independently in a highly multi-cultural banking environment
• Positive, Motivated and Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Knowledge of SAP
• MS office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
